How We Do It

Photo Jul 28, 10 27 57 AM (1)In the coaching world we try to keep it simple.  We accomplish this by doing 3 things every single day. . .The three Vital Behaviors.

1.) Be a product of the product: To lead others with integrity and authenticity, we must first lead ourselves.  This means eating healthy, exercising on a regular basis and drinking Shakeology, our nutrient dense superfood shake.  It has the nutrients of 7 salads and taste like dessert. However, this does not mean that we need to be a walking billboard for Beachbody-it just means being a healthier version of you! (You do not need to be in perfect shape or at your goal weight!)

2.) Inviting: Inviting others to become healthier with you. This can be through following you on social media, participating in a challenge group, or becoming a coach on your team. Your goal is to find out how you can help others become a happier and healthier version of themselves. As you are on your own journey, people will ask, “How are you doing it?” This is where you share with them what you are doing and invite them to come along for the ride!

We DO NOT want you to be a salesperson. Being a coach is about building relationships with others and helping them to build a better life!

3.) Personal Development: This is about learning how to grow as a business owner, communicator, and overall human being. We do this through reading and listening to audio, podcast, books, blog, etc., that help us gain confidence and focus on our goals. We believe in health from the inside out. It is important to grow stronger physically, mentally and spiritually.

We all have fears and insecurities that hold us back from really living, and personal development is a way to hit those fears head on.

So, these are the Three VITAL behaviors! Simple.

Several coaches (including myself) have been able to grow extremely successful business with only putting 1-2 hours per day (power hour).
